Who handles your information?

Requests, accounts and your workspace
We use the name, email address, company, website and any optional phone number you submit to review your request and contact you about access. Email verification and account approval are separate steps; approval is performed manually. Account and workspace information is used to provide the service you request. Security and access records help protect accounts and investigate abuse.
Your workspace stores its configuration, prompts, AI answers, analyses and team memberships. Selected prompts and the context needed for their processing are sent to the configured AI providers. Depending on your selections, these include OpenAI, Google, Perplexity and Anthropic. Internal AI analysis may also process stored answers. Avoid including personal or confidential information that is not needed for the question.
Hosting and email providers support storage and transactional email delivery. AI and analytics providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your workspace.
Cookies and optional measurement
Essential session cookies enable sign-in. We remember your analytics choice in your browser. Google Analytics on the public production website loads only after you agree to analytics measurement. It measures visits, trial-link clicks and successfully submitted trial requests, using analytics cookies and usage information. We do not supply form values, account identifiers or workspace content as analytics event parameters. Advertising consent stays disabled. Google explains its data practices here.
You can withdraw analytics consent using Measurement preferences at the bottom of the public website. Propps then disables the tag and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not erase information previously collected. Optional first-party measurement may also record aggregate visits and the broad source of a trial request after consent.
Email preferences and retention
Verification, password and account-access emails are part of operating your account. Optional report emails and setup reminders have separate preferences, editable in Settings; their emails include an unsubscribe link.
Measurement history is retained according to your workspace agreement. Account and request information is retained while needed to manage the request, provide access and handle associated obligations or disputes. Workspace deletion has a 30-day recovery window. Backup copies are separate from the live database; daily backups are rotated after approximately 30 days, while release/restore backups have separate operational retention. Ask us about removing account data or the retention applicable to your situation.
Your choices and rights
You can contact thibault@propps.be to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or to object to processing where applicable. Consent-based processing can be stopped by withdrawing consent. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority with a complaint.
