Access and the Starter trial
A request requires email verification and manual approval. Approval allows you to sign in. The free Starter trial begins at your first login after approval and lasts 14 days, with 75 scan credits in total including your first scan. It includes analysis and summaries, without improvement coaching. No payment details are collected for the trial and it does not automatically renew into a paid subscription.
One company is one workspace. Each workspace has its own subscription and member roles; a user may belong to several workspaces. Plan assignments and any Custom agreement are handled manually. The active agreement determines the limits and features available to that workspace. Requesting a trial is not a payment or an automatic purchase of a paid plan. Published monthly prices are in EUR excluding VAT.
Using the platform
Keep your login secure and grant colleagues an appropriate role. Use prompts and content you are entitled to submit. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, abuse provider services or access another workspace’s data.
A standard model answer costs 1 scan credit; a premium model answer costs 3, including analysis. The current model price is shown before selection. Repetitions and additional models use additional credits. The product shows the scope before a scan; the available plan and credits determine what can run.
Understanding the results
Propps samples answers from selected provider APIs and settings. Results can differ from personal sessions in consumer AI apps and from later answers. Summaries and coaching are AI interpretations that should be checked against the saved evidence. A scan does not guarantee inclusion in AI answers, better rankings, website traffic or revenue.
History, deletion and questions
History is retained according to the workspace agreement. Owners can request workspace deletion, with a 30-day recovery period before purge.
