Access and the Starter trial
A request requires email verification and manual approval. Approval allows you to sign in. The free Measure trial begins at your first login after approval and lasts 1 month, with up to 10 active prompts on ChatGPT, one answer per prompt per scan and weekly monitoring, including your first scan. It includes interpretation of AI answers and visibility summaries. In-depth SEO and GEO research requires a paid Improve subscription or higher, starting at €149/month billed annually, excluding VAT with three analyses per month. No payment details are collected for the trial and it does not automatically renew into a paid subscription.
One company is one workspace. Each workspace has its own subscription and member roles; a user may belong to several workspaces. Existing manually assigned contracts retain their agreed limits. New online subscriptions offer monthly list prices and a 15% discount with annual billing through Mollie; Custom agreements remain on request. Upgrades are prorated over the remaining paid duration; extra analyses for the current monthly window are rounded down. Analysis allowances renew monthly, including on annual subscriptions. Downgrades and cancellation take effect next period. The active agreement determines the limits and features available to that workspace. Requesting a trial is not a payment or an automatic purchase of a paid plan. Published monthly prices are in EUR excluding VAT.
Using the platform
Keep your login secure and grant colleagues an appropriate role. Use prompts and content you are entitled to submit. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, abuse provider services or access another workspace’s data.
New offers include a set number of active prompts. One prompt is one question for one country and language, measured weekly with one answer per selected AI platform. Available platforms depend on the subscription. Legacy contracts retain their agreed limits.
Understanding the results
Propps samples answers using the recorded measurement method. ChatGPT and Gemini web measurements are collected through a specialised measurement service; Claude uses the official Anthropic API. Earlier measurements may use different methods. Country and language use supplier settings, without independently verified network origin. Results can differ from personal sessions in consumer AI apps and from later answers. Summaries and coaching are AI interpretations that should be checked against the saved evidence. A scan does not guarantee inclusion in AI answers, better rankings, website traffic or revenue.
History, deletion and questions
History is retained according to the workspace agreement. Owners can request workspace deletion, with a 30-day recovery period before purge.
